Nope. For all our Self-Drive Dune Buggy tours (30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours), no driving license is needed. We’ll give you a quick safety briefing, show you how the buggy operates, and one of our expert guides rides along (or follows) so you feel supported from the first turn of the wheel.
Yes — of course. If you’d rather not drive, you can be a passenger and just enjoy the ride, the scenery, and the thrill. Whatever makes you happiest.
Each package (30 mins / 1 hour / 2 hours) includes:

We recommend wearing light, breathable clothes (think cotton), closed shoes (sand gets everywhere!), sunglasses, sunscreen, maybe a hat. Bringing water is good but we’ll have some refreshments already. Don’t forget your phone or camera in a secure way (zip pouch or waterproof case helps).
Yes. We try to accommodate sunrise or sunset slots whenever possible — the desert looks incredible then. If you want golden light, just tell us in advance when booking, and we’ll work it out (depending on availability).
Safety comes first. If the weather is too extreme — heavy wind, storms, heavy rain — we’ll reschedule or offer a refund depending on the situation. We’ll contact you ahead of time if such a thing seems likely.
Yes. For safety, there are usually maximum/minimum limits for drivers and passengers (for example, minimum height or maximum weight to fit safely in the buggy and ensure safe operation). Please let us know your weight/height when booking so we can confirm whether you’ll be okay in the buggy.
Children are welcome, but it depends on age/height for safety. If you have a young child, we might provide a passenger seat rather than letting them drive. We don’t normally have child-sized driving seats, so being a passenger is usually best.
Booking is easy — you can reach us via WhatsApp (the contact link is on the page), or via our site’s booking/contact form. For cancellation: if you cancel with enough notice (define your policy, e.g. 24-48 hours), you’ll get a full refund or be allowed to reschedule. If much later / last-minute, there may be a partial fee.
We’ve got backup plans. One of our expert guides rides with/alongside you, and our support team is always on call. Any mechanical issue, we’ll help fix or swap the buggy or assist you safely back.
